Isobel Parker

Isobel is a qualified manager at both strategic and operational levels, trainer, social worker, and therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 30 years' experience in both statutory and voluntary and private sector roles in a range of geographical areas including the UK, Europe and the USA.

Isobel has used her skills and experience in a consultancy role to support other professionals at strategic and operational levels and also individually to deliver best practice.

Isobel's passion and commitment to delivering high quality services to support in a timely and effective way to organisations, individuals, families, children and young people has been a constant value.

Maxine Versluis

Maxine has worked within her passion for safeguarding and child protection for over 30 years, 12 of which took place in Scandinavia. She is a qualified SENCO and has worked as part of a senior leadership team for several years, teaching and planning educational programmes for children with learning difficulties, including children within the LAC system. She has also taught children and young people in schools and prisons, gaining much valued experience within classroom environments and as child protection trainer for other workers.

Maxine trains adults on many courses which centre around safeguarding and child protection. She also writes bespoke courses for various organisations and delivers these to relevant staff. Her training experience has taken place within many different professional environments, including social work, NHS, housing associations, voluntary and charity organisations, fostering services, schools (day schools and residential schools), nurseries and colleges.

Maxine’s passion is helping children, young people and vulnerable adults and keeping them safe.
